Our Director’s own home was designed by Wolveridge Architects in collaboration with Smith Builders. The challenging elevated site falls away from the south west corner to the north east corner and has a height covenant attached to title covering approximately half the site. The home takes in tranquil views from all rooms to the garden, valley, golf course and bay. Indoor and outdoor living spaces flow seamlessly together in beautiful and stunning form. The flying cantilevered roof line and rammed earth walls are heroes of the design and natural finishes create a warm and homely atmosphere throughout the home. Imported French Oak hand worked floorboards provide a solid and magnificent floor finish to the main living spaces together with natural stone flooring, tiles and benchtops. The well-considered and zoned layout of the home allows for a multitude of family and guest scenarios.
Externally a recycled timber vine covered arbour connects the pool house to the main house and creates a welcoming shady outdoor dining area. The house is also complemented by a tennis court, swimming pool and fully landscaped garden.
