Architecturally designed by Wolveridge Architects in collaboration with Smith Builders, the property is elevated and is sympathetic to its surroundings and township history.
Designed to complement neighbouring historic Whitehall and our Township Residence, our Rockpool Residence incorporates arched timber battens and local limestone. Internal timber flooring, timber battened walls and local limestone are reminiscent of old Sorrento. The house is zoned to allow efficient and comfortable living for a couple or a larger family. An internal lift age proofs the home and a spectacular cellar is an added luxury. Living areas open out on to a lush garden, private alfresco area and swimming pool. All in all, a perfect retreat for a well-deserved family break.
